Finally, today I’ve managed to create and publish 3 videos for this topic. I have include all the links to the datasets, SQL Scripts and Notebooks I have used in these examples for you to download and practice at your own pace and more videos coming your way.
I hope this will help you get a basic idea of Applied Data Science.
The entire topic is divided into 3 videos. In my 4th video (yet to be published) I plan to explain multi variable regression and Analytical Base Tables to add more features for more accurate predictions.
My primary goal for this topic was to use the Free Tools available for Data Science and Machine Learning experiments and to explain these concepts with hand-on code sessions and most importantly using multiple tools.
1. Linear Regression Basics – Intro to Scatter Chart, Trendline, Model equation and R-Squared value to interpret Prediction Accuracy
2. Using Tools like Azure Data Studio to create Notebooks
3. Machine Learning Model Builder using ML.Net and compare prediction results with Python Linear Regression model using Azure Data Studio Notebook
One good thing about the video series is, you could always skip parts of the video or watch as many times as you need. I recommend that you follow the order of the videos (Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3) to get the complete context of the topic.
